About Lived Artfully

Lived Artfully is a journal devoted to a life shaped by beauty, intention, and thoughtful living.

Here, I share an illustrated life of home, garden, and table, through photography, prose, and reflection. My work is rooted in the belief that a well-lived life is not built through spectacle, but through attention: to how we dress, how we work, how we gather, and how we move through our days.

Alongside visual storytelling, Lived Artfully explores classical conversation, philosophy, literature, music, and cultural ideas that elevate daily life and offer depth beneath the surface. These reflections live comfortably beside essays on style, etiquette, travel, and the quiet refinements that shape both personal and professional worlds.

I write as a mother and as someone shaped by both domestic life and corporate experience, holding an MBA and a long-standing interest in how grace, discernment, and beauty operate in every sphere of life.

This journal is not about perfection, nor performance. It is about living deliberately, cultivating taste, and finding meaning in the everyday…slowly, thoughtfully, and artfully.

Sincerely,

Samantha Louise
